Financial Policy
We are always glad to file your dental insurance for you. We accept all indemnity (traditional) insurance plans and can file most PPO plans for you. Routinely, we file primary insurance only. We do offer every patient a courtesy cash discount for paying for services up front and filing their own insurance. We do collect a co-payment for all services. Feel free to contact our administrative manager with any questions.

Professional Discounts
We offer several professional discounts to our patients. These discounts are as follows.

10% to all Prosper and Celina City Employees, including the Police and Fire departments. Please bring proof of employment.
10% to all Prosper and Celina ISD employees. Please bring proof of employment.
10% Senior discount (age 60 and over).
10% for families with 6 or more children.
5% cash discount.

Financing
We also offer a patient payment plan for all of your dental care. This financing plan is called Care Credit. Care Credit is an interest free plan available to all patients. Different plans are available and you may receive 90 days, 6 months, 12 months or 18 months interest free when applying for this card. Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other patients, all cancellations must be made by 10:00am on the business day preceding any scheduled appointments. If cancellations occur after this time, we reserve the right to charge your account an amount equivalent to an office visit.
